- Pipeline Opportunity Past Due Close Date
When the scheduled close date has expired, an alert is automatically sent that includes a scheduled event for the User to update the Opportunity Forecasted Close Date.
- Pipeline Opportunity Past Due Activity or No Activity
If a scheduled Activity is Past Due and/or when no Next Activity is scheduled for a Pipeline Opportunity, a Call Back activity is automatically scheduled and the Sales Rep alerted.
- Pipeline Aging
When the age of the Sales Opportunity exceeds 90 days, a special notice is sent to the Sales Rep together with a scheduled Follow Up Activity to modify Status of the Opportunity.

If no Activities are found, an Alert will be sent to the User advising that an Activity has been scheduled for the Account.
