Data Security is our highest priority.

All data is hosted in Tier One data centers engineered to the highest levels, with extensive systems to address security and network redundancy. Access to data centers is restricted by two-factor authentication including Biometric hand scanners. The data center is physically isolated from everyone but level three technicians. Public access is strictly forbidden. All entrances and common areas are monitored 24×7 via closed-circuit cameras.

Advanced Password Protection Controls

The biggest gap in security is password controls. MosaicCRM employs an aggressive password control program that requires scheduled password changes, seven digit alpha-numeric pass codes, and total lock out in the event a User account is accessed while the program is in use.

Data Back Up

All data is backed-up and available without delay to our clients. Moreover, tape back-ups of the programs and data are made of all client data daily and saved for two weeks. Weekly system backups are saved for one month. Daily database dumps are kept on separate machines for one month.

100% Access To Client Data

Clients have full and unrestricted access to the entire data base without any ‘CRM Provider’ interference. MosaicCRM also provides its clients with the Upgrade Option to directly download their entire database on a scheduled basis, daily if required.

Privacy

MosaicCRM policies and procedures severely restricts access to your data. Your data is never shared with any third party or otherwise compromised.

User Statistics Monitor

Your Program Administrator has access to statistics regarding User Logins. This provides an extra layer of security and a method to monitor how often the system is being employed.
